Dr. Sarah Beadle – Teaching Fellow / Research Officer
Sarah holds a joint academic and professional service position at ICSR. As Teaching Fellow, she convenes the ‘Home-grown Radicalisation & Counter-Radicalisation in Western Europe and North America’ module, which includes the preparation of teaching materials, design and delivery of lectures and seminars, coursework assessment and pastoral support. As Research Officer, she coordinates ICSR’s administrative and financial aspects, assists the Director in developing the centre’s growth, and manages research-related fundraising activities.
Sarah holds a PhD in International Studies from the University of Cambridge, an MA in War Studies from King’s College London, and a BA in Politics and International Relations from the University of Kent. Her research interests include radicalisation and the psychology of political violence; counter-terrorism – especially intelligence analysis, decision-making and risk management – and terrorism-related research methodologies.
