For the past 15 years, Mohamed Chebaro has worked as a correspondent across a wide range of media outlets, from television to radio to print. Throughout his career, he has covered instances of war, genocide, and forced migration, from Ethiopia to Kosovo and Rwanda to Afghanistan. He has reported on radicalization and the root causes of terrorism. Since 2003, he has been responsible for Al Arabiya news gathering and reporting in the UK and Europe. At the same time, Mr. Chebaro has also developed a media consultancy; training and advising executives and media outlets to deal with communications’ shifting priorities in the Middle East and the world at large. Mohamed was born in Lebanon,completed his studies at the American University of Beirut and then went on to complete his post graduate degree at the School of Oriental and African Studies in London.
