Dr. Harvey Rubin

Director, Institute for Strategic Threat Analysis and Response, University of Pennsylvania

Dr. Rubin received his PhD in Molecular Biology from the University of Pennsylvania in 1974 and his MD from Columbia University in 1976. He is a leading expert on infectious diseases. Since 2005, he has been co-chair of the City of Philadelphia's Emergency Preparedness Review Committee, and is a member of the American National Science Advisory Board for Biosecurity.
